Jamie Taylor, MS, RD, LDN.
I am a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in clinical nutrition support, nutrition counseling, and obesity research. Most recently, I held a position on staff as a Clinical Dietitian Specialist at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). My areas of expertise include diabetes prevention/management, weight management, and providing medical nutrition therapy for nutrition related conditions. I have a strong passion for assisting clients to develop creative solutions with regard to weight loss, food allergies, and establishing healthier eating habits. In my spare time, I enjoy running, gardening, and spending time with my 2 daughters.
Amanda Nines, RD, LDN
I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2001; with experience in residential, intensive out-patient, and out-patient settings. I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition from West Chester University, graduating with honors and a minor in Psychology. I have worked at The Renfrew Center, The Seeds of Hope program, as well as within the hospital system. I have worked extensively with both male and female clients in the areas of emotional eating, eating disorders, weight management, and general wellness. My experience includes adults, adolescents, and children. I am passionate about helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body image. I have been licensed since 2003, and received my Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management in 2005.
